Step 3 : Crafted & Delivered
Once approved, your custom piece is made. carefully packed, and shipped to your door.
What kind of photo works best for the custom pet product?
A front-facing photo with good natural light gives our artists the most detail to work with. If we have any questions about your image or need a clearer one, we’ll always reach out to you before we begin crafting—we want to make sure we get your furry friend just right!
What is the order production & delivery timeline?
At KEEPSAKEPAW, we believe that true art cannot be rushed. Each piece undergoes a meticulous creation process to ensure it captures the soulful essence of your pet.
Step 1: Portrait Artistry (5-7 Business Days)
Our artists hand-draw every detail of your pet’s portrait. To ensure you are 100% happy, we offer a "Satisfaction Guarantee" with unlimited revisions. Please note that the final timeline may vary depending on the number of revisions requested.
Step 2: Artisan Crafting (7-20 Business Days)
Once the design is approved, your masterpiece moves to production. If a piece does not pass our rigorous Quality Control (QC) inspection, we will restart the crafting process from scratch to ensure perfection.
Step 3: Global Shipping (7-12 Days)
We use expedited international air shipping to deliver your piece to global destinations.
Total Estimated Delivery: Approximately 4 to 7 weeks from the date of your photo upload. We appreciate your patience in waiting for a masterpiece that will last a lifetime.

What happens if I’m not satisfied with the custom product?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
Are my payments secure? How does the refund process work & how long will refunds take?
All payments on our store are SSL encrypted and PCI-compliant via Shopify, Stripe and PayPal. Every transaction is fully covered by official buyer protection schemes.

Refund Process If your refund is approved, it will be processed automatically back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to clear the transaction.
