Production Time
Because we offer both unique handcrafted treasures and curated pet essentials, processing times vary by product:
- Handcrafted Items: These custom designs are meticulously made by hand and typically require 4–7 weeks (Monday–Friday) to craft, unless a specific timeline is stated otherwise on the individual product page.
- Standard Items: Non-handcrafted products are processed quickly and usually dispatched within 1-2 weeks.
⏳ Holiday Peak Season Note (October – January): Due to the high volume of custom orders during the end-of-year holidays, production times for handcrafted pieces may increase to 10–20 business days. We highly appreciate your patience!
